Watches of Switzerland is hiring a permanent, full-time Client Experience Host in New York. The role delivers engaging, hospitality-led client experiences, maintains experience stations, and supports Sales Consultants in the showroom and VIP room; schedule flexibility is required for evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class client experience to all clients.
- Engage clients professionally using exceptional communication skills.
- Facilitate unique, engaging client experiences through creative research and exceptional hospitality.
- Maintain well-stocked and well-presented client experience stations.
- Assist Sales Consultants in the showroom and VIP room in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- Jewelry and watch product knowledge preferred.
