The Client Experience Host at Watches of Switzerland delivers engaging, high-touch client experiences, maintains client experience stations, and supports Sales Consultants in the showroom and VIP room. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring schedule flexibility, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays; compensation is $20–$22 per hour, with a commission opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class client experience to all clients through professional conduct and exceptional communication.
- Engage clients and facilitate unique, engaging experiences through creative research and exceptional hospitality.
- Maintain well-stocked and presentable client experience stations.
- Assist Sales Consultants in the showroom and VIP room in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- Jewelry and watch product knowledge preferred.
- Hospitality experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build excellent working relationships with clients.
- Basic selling skills and techniques.
- Experience working within a high-performing team.
