The Client Experience Host delivers engaging, world-class client experiences, maintains client experience stations, and supports Sales Consultants in the showroom and VIP room. This permanent, full-time role requires schedule flexibility for evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class client experience through professional, engaging client interactions and exceptional hospitality.
- Facilitate unique and engaging client experiences using creative research.
- Keep all client experience stations well stocked and maintained.
- Assist Sales Consultants in the showroom and VIP room in delivering an exceptional client experience.

- Jewelry and watch product knowledge preferred.
