Watches of Switzerland is seeking a City Director to lead its Brent Cross and Watford showroom portfolio, with responsibility for commercial performance, client experience, operational excellence and developing showroom managers and future talent. The role requires senior retail leadership, commercial awareness, budget management and strategic project leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the showroom portfolio in Brent Cross and Watford.
- Own the performance of multiple high-value showrooms, driving commercial success and exceptional client experiences through the teams.
- Lead, coach and inspire managers to achieve key performance indicators covering profitability, client experience and operational excellence.
- Embed the company’s purpose and values across the city.
