Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model, ensuring exceptional service for internal and external clients.
• Identify and share best practices across the business and demonstrate teamwork across the Group network.
• Meet profit targets and keep discounts and costs within budget.
• Achieve boutique objectives through KPIs and department targets.
• Manage colleague performance, providing feedback and development opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional client service.
• Represent Roberto Coin at internal and external meetings.
• Organize daily and weekly tasks in line with policies and procedures through active delegation and participation.
• Maintain visual merchandising to Roberto Coin standards.
• Manage the till and associated transaction procedures.
• Participate in and lead floor and boutique training, out-of-hours meetings, and visual merchandising changes as required.
• Complete training through e-learning and other sources.
• Ensure all team members comply with the company dress code.
• Complete duties assigned by management.
• Travel for business when required.
• Plan and execute the boutique business plan, set clear objectives and performance expectations, and manage costs and controls within budget.
• Lead and manage a high-performing team, engaging colleagues in the required client experience and performance targets, and coaching individuals to develop their potential.
• Maintain, review, and improve operating processes and procedures for a streamlined, client-oriented business.
• Develop entrepreneurial solutions to day-to-day and longer-term business issues while maintaining the boutique’s professional image.
• Communicate across all parts of the business, anticipate future challenges and opportunities, and respond effectively.

Qualifications

• Considerable retail management experience, ideally in a luxury environment.
• Evidence of delivering sales and process performance.
• Jewelry product knowledge.
• Proven record of sales achievements.
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies and work to budgets.
• Ability to manage and deliver operating costs and identify efficiency improvements.
• Strong numerical ability and the capacity to understand and analyze sales performance.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing boutique team.
• Proven record of management achievements.
• IT literacy.
• Evidence of CRM and networking.
• May occasionally be required to work exceptionally long hours.
• May be required to lift packages or boxes.
• May be required to stand for long periods.
