The Boutique Administrator supports showroom administration at Watches of Switzerland, ensuring procedures, audit and security requirements are followed while assisting clients and colleagues. This permanent, full-time role also covers order and enquiry handling, stock and repair systems, showroom upkeep, telephone enquiries and e-learning training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Keep all showroom administration in line with company procedures.
- Engage with clients and colleagues using strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the business.
- Maintain a professional presentation and positive, can-do attitude while delivering excellent client service.
- Ensure administrative tasks and related documentation comply with company audit and security procedures, including stock control, end-of-day paperwork and banking.
- Process enquiries and orders efficiently.
- Manage internal stock and repair systems in line with audit procedures.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards and efficient set-up in all showroom administrative areas.
- Answer and direct telephone enquiries.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Complete relevant training through e-learning.
- Adhere to the company dress code.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
