E-Commerce Intern at Viktor & Rolf (OTB) in Amsterdam. Support seasonal collection launches, digital marketing, and CRM activities for a luxury fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing for the launch of new seasonal collections on the website and Farfetch
- Assist in content creation for digital marketing ads, sale seasons, and ad hoc requests
- Assist with CRM activities including seasonal campaigns and weekly send-outs
- Assist in daily e-commerce operations including order processing, inventory management, and customer service
- Handle sample management for seasonal shoots with Farfetch
- Contribute to campaign execution strategy and implementation
- Perform regular quality checks ensuring the website showcases relevant products and up-to-date content
- Flexibly handle ad hoc requests from various team members relating to website updates, customer inquiries, and e-commerce initiatives
Qualifications
- First experience with e-commerce (preferred)
- Experience with Photoshop or Canvas (preferred)
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
- Proactive and hands-on approach with eagerness to develop and learn
- Fluency in English
- Must reside in the Netherlands
Skills
Experience
First experience with e-commerce preferred; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment required.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, business, or digital marketing preferred.

This position is based in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
