Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing for the launch of new seasonal collections on the website and Farfetch.
  • Support content creation for digital marketing ads, sale seasons, and ad hoc requests.
  • Contribute to daily E-Commerce operations including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Manage samples for seasonal shoots with Farfetch.
  • Participate in campaign execution strategy and implementation.
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure the website showcases relevant products and up-to-date content.
  • Handle ad hoc requests related to website updates, customer inquiries, and e-commerce initiatives.

Qualifications

  • First experience with e-commerce is a plus.
  • Experience with Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive and hands-on with a strong eagerness to learn.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Applicants must reside in the Netherlands.
