Vhernier seeks a Quality Control Assistant in Valenza to support quality documentation, inspections, audits, ERP product specifications and Customer Repair administration. The role is full-time under the CCNL Commercio and offers an annual salary of €23,200–€26,000, €8 meal vouchers for each working day and welfare benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in updating quality control documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Assist the Quality Control team in collecting and analyzing data from inspections and conformity tests.
- Support internal and external audits by providing the required documentation and ensuring compliance with company processes.
- Help update the ERP systems used for quality control and ensure product specifications are entered correctly.
- Support the Customer Repair team with receiving and dispatching activities, data entry, and invoicing.
Qualifications
- Diploma in economics, administration, or a related discipline.
- Previous administrative experience within a Quality department is preferred, ideally in the jewelry or manufacturing sector.
- Excellent knowledge of document management.
- Experience using Office Suite (Excel), ERP systems, and SAP.
- Fluent Italian; professional written and spoken English is a plus.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
