Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to commercial activities including order taking, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Train internal staff and external brand ambassadors at points of sale.
  • Act as a liaison for boutiques and support the Brand Manager in business activities.
  • Collaborate with headquarters on visual merchandising and point-of-sale materials logistics.
  • Manage merchandising and logistics for traveling collections in coordination with headquarters.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for customer events, trunk shows, and PR events.
  • Facilitate the integration of Vhernier into the Richemont SAP system as a key user.
  • Assist the Brand Manager in planning business-related matters.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
  • Fluency in Japanese (native) and proficiency in English (business level).
  • Flexibility to travel as required.

Skills

Ability to multitask and work independently. High flexibility and self-awareness with an agile working attitude. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a structured working style. Proactive and positive attitude with creativity for out-of-the-box solutions. Strong sense of luxury and good interpersonal skills. Team player capable of working with stakeholders across departments. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Experience

5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
