Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing and order-to-invoice cycles for vineyard needs, including both non‑stocked services (building maintenance, harvest equipment, viticultural services) and stocked inputs (viticultural inputs, vine plants).
  • Identify and liaise with suppliers, coordinate requests for proposals and price requests in collaboration with the Purchasing department, validate purchase orders and follow up on deliveries, returns and dispute resolution.
  • Process and monitor supplier invoicing in coordination with Accounting: validate invoices, perform data entry, allocate to budgets and ensure payment follow‑up.
  • Handle invoice discrepancy and non‑conformity workflows (FNC) with Accounting: validate, record and track corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain asset disposal/exit records and other fixed‑asset documentation linked to vineyard operations.
  • Provide centralized administrative support for vineyard operations: expense report entry, maintenance of tracking spreadsheets and production of monthly synthesis reports including justification of corporate card transactions.
  • Contribute occasionally to related administrative and operational tasks to ensure continuity of vineyard activity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or equivalent in business administration, procurement, accounting, viticulture or a related discipline (work‑study candidates accepted).
  • Strong organisational rigour, autonomy and analytical accuracy; reliable follow‑through on procurement and invoicing processes.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work with suppliers, internal procurement and accounting teams.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn vineyard‑specific operations and corporate procedures.
  • Driving licence (Permis B) and vehicle recommended due to site visits in Reims and surrounding areas.

Experience

Entry‑level — suitable for candidates at the start of their career or currently enrolled in a work‑study/apprenticeship programme. Prior exposure to procurement, accounting or viticulture administration is an asset but not required.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or equivalent in business, procurement, accounting, viticulture or related field; work‑study/apprenticeship candidates encouraged to apply.
