Moët Hennessy seeking Supply Planning Intern in Reims, France for 6-month internship starting January 2027. Support S&OP, procurement, and logistics operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles for Moët Hennessy brands, including data collection, forecast analysis, and meeting preparation
- Manage purchase orders for Wines & Spirits brands, track supplier compliance, and develop adherence monitoring tools
- Coordinate across Production Planning, Customer Service, Regional Supply, and brand teams to ensure fluid communication and operational efficiency
- Provide operational support to logistics partners for co-packing and dry goods inventory management
- Identify process improvement opportunities within supply planning workflows and propose innovative solutions
- Contribute to harmonization of slow-moving and obsolete inventory management processes across brands
- Support allocation and quota governance for prestige brands including Dom Pérignon and Krug through collaboration with commercial, oenology, and private client teams
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or business school diploma with supply chain specialization preferred
- Fluency in French and English
- Previous experience in supply chain and customer service functions
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and APO (DP&SNP) modules
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Demonstrated rigor, attention to detail, and capacity to influence stakeholders
- Strong synthesis and project management capabilities

Prior experience in supply chain and customer service functions, with foundational understanding of supply planning principles and logistics operations.
Education
