Moët Hennessy seeks Supply Planner for 6-month contract in Reims, France. Manage S&OP, demand forecasting, and inventory across luxury champagne and spirits brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyse global sales forecasts across short, medium, and long-term horizons, building and refreshing allocation quotas monthly
- Prepare and chair monthly house-level forecast committees, ensuring follow-up on decisions with market planners
- Manage DRP processes and coordinate with Production Planning to consolidate, verify, and confirm shipment forecasts across the planning horizon
- Supervise shipment plan adjustments for production incompatibilities and manage additional requests and prioritisation with industrial planning
- Lead arbitration processes for stock-outs, allocations, and service level trade-offs between supply and demand
- Coordinate new product launches, vintage changes, and major packaging updates across all markets, ensuring cross-functional alignment
- Aggregate and drive promotional commitment processes from subsidiaries and manage catalogue rationalisation
- Manage central inventory levels and obsolescence in collaboration with Production Planning, Market Sales Planners, and Logistics, chairing reviews for slow-moving stock
- Serve as the key planning interface for the brand's business units, Finance, and Supply Chain functions, communicating volumes, allocations, and sales performance
- Monitor and analyse KPIs including service levels, stock coverage, stock-outs, forecast reliability, and SLOBS
- Participate in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives and drive continuous process and tool improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of significant supply chain experience, ideally in Demand & Supply Planning
- Strong global understanding of supply chain functions and strategic challenges
- Fluent English (written and oral)
- Proficiency in SAP, APO, MS Office Suite, and Power BI
- Excellent analytical capabilities
- Project management experience

Minimum 3 years of significant experience in supply chain functions, preferably in demand and supply planning roles within luxury, wine, or spirits industries
Education
University degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline; additional certifications in supply chain or operations planning are valued
