Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as central expert and coordinator for all product data, use cases, and data products within the supply chain domain, ensuring accessibility and quality across the distribution network
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain management, MH data teams, master data stewards, regional contacts, and market teams to align on data strategy and roadmap
  • Identify missing product data in GCP and define data extraction requirements in partnership with MHIS technical teams
  • Initiate and coordinate continuous improvement processes to enhance data quality and platform capabilities
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success, adoption, and utilization of data products and use cases
  • Promote the data platform service by collecting user feedback and managing stakeholder communications regarding progress, improvements, and business impacts
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support to a community of Champions and key users developing self-service BI reports
  • Initiate management meetings to inform and alert on domain-specific challenges and opportunities

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business, Engineering, or equivalent with specialization in Data
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and Data
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional, complex projects from a business perspective
  • Deep understanding of industry operations and supply chain business processes
  • Strong data literacy and technical comprehension of data infrastructure requirements
