Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism, providing expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations tailored to individual needs
- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, ensuring seamless service delivery and an optimised guest experience
- Process sales transactions at point of sale with accuracy and efficiency, contributing to customer satisfaction
- Support merchandise presentation and visual displays throughout the boutique, optimising product visibility and stock organisation
- Receive and verify incoming deliveries, unpack and organise stock items, and maintain organised storage areas
- Participate in product personalisation requests including Ice Jackets and Arrow customisation services
- Contribute to daily sales reporting, inventory tracking, and key performance indicator analysis
- Support broader operational tasks including general merchandise planning, stock management, and boutique maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain boutique cleanliness, orderliness, and professional presentation standards
Qualifications
- Current student at a business school or equivalent commercial programme
- Strong command of English language
- Proficiency in an additional language such as Portuguese, Spanish, or German highly valued
- Demonstrated autonomy, adaptability, and ability to manage unforeseen circumstances

Entry-level or beginner experience acceptable; prior retail or hospitality exposure advantageous but not required for internship candidates.
