Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin is seeking a Raw Materials Procurement Intern in Reims to support market analysis, supplier sourcing and performance monitoring, purchasing negotiations, and responsible purchasing initiatives. This is a full-time, six-month internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Research market information, analyse industry indices and monitor forecast data.
- Conduct strategic monitoring to inform market analyses and contribute to the MH Budget.
- Support the GSM Prime Materials Manager in refining the raw materials supplier panel and updating the skills and capabilities map.
- Facilitate discussions, analyse supplier performance and monitor suppliers.
- Manage and track price lists for recurring raw materials items.
- Participate actively in pricing discussions and support negotiations with Category C suppliers.
- Support the collection and analysis of supplier information, including new requests and follow-ups, to contribute to Moët Hennessy’s sustainable purchasing objectives.
- Contribute to assessments, the launch of supplier audits and updates to the internal database.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at Master 1 or Master 2 level at a business school or equivalent university programme, specialising in Procurement.
- A first internship experience in negotiation or commerce is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, and Power BI, with the ability to learn new tools.
- Fluent English is required.
- Proactive, committed and energetic, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical ability, rigour and adaptability.
