Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Procurement Intern in Paris – 6-month internship in Marketing & Communications purchasing, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop procurement tools aligned with strategic initiatives and best practices across the Maisons
- Participate in strategic purchasing meetings and implement guidance from the Purchasing Manager and Marketing/Communications leadership
- Conduct benchmarking and knowledge management activities to enhance sourcing expertise
- Analyze vendor and supplier markets and build internal market expertise
- Execute sourcing processes, evaluate proposals, conduct negotiations, manage requests for proposal, and select suppliers
- Manage projects and optimize procurement processes across multiple cost centers
- Generate reporting and monitor key performance indicators (risks, vendor count, compliance levels, cost savings, performance metrics)
- Evaluate and rate suppliers against Moët Hennessy quality and compliance standards
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage supplier performance
- Coordinate synergies across regional markets (US, Europe, EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
- Collaborate with LVMH Group Maisons to identify and implement cross-organizational synergies
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a gap year or Master's degree with specialization in Procurement from a business school, engineering school, or university
- Minimum six months of proven professional experience in procurement or supply chain within a large enterprise
- Fluent English
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Intellectual integrity and professional discretion

Minimum six months of concluded professional experience in a large enterprise; prior exposure to luxury, wine, or spirits sectors is advantageous.
Education
