Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin seeks a POSM Purchasing Intern in Reims for a 6‑month internship supporting POSM sourcing, supplier audits and sustainable procurement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage price grids for recurring POSM (point‑of‑sale materials) items and support annual price negotiations for category C suppliers with the GSO POSM.
- Collect, consolidate and analyse supplier information to support Moët Hennessy’s sustainable purchasing objectives, including follow‑ups on new requests and relances.
- Support supplier audits: prepare documentation, contribute to audit launches and maintain the internal database of supplier certifications and audit results.
- Assist in supplier sourcing and panel refinement by updating the mapping of supplier capabilities and identifying potential new vendors.
- Monitor market indices and sector information to feed the MH budget process and inform purchasing decisions.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or equivalent university programme with a specialisation in Purchasing, Procurement or Supply Chain.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office — strong Excel skills required; demonstrable ability to learn new digital tools.
- Fluent English (oral and written) is required.
- Analytical, rigorous and highly organised with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.
- Able to work full time on site in Reims for the six‑month internship period.
