Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and articulate upstream and downstream PIM requirements, including master data configuration specific to individual houses
- Contribute to platform evolution in collaboration with MHIS to facilitate data enrichment by house and market users
- Collect, arbitrate, and validate product data requirements from all houses and markets, ensuring commercial relevance of the data model
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure PIM adoption across house and market users
- Communicate platform updates and new functionality to the user community
- Inform data contributors of required fields for markets, distributors, and retailers
- Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve platform experience
- Lead cross-functional projects including assortment management solution development and product information syndication implementation
- Serve as the central point of contact for all projects requiring PIM expertise or impact assessment
- Define and enforce data quality standards and contribution guidelines
- Ensure continuity and completeness of mandatory data during new product catalog additions
- Express data quality monitoring requirements to data teams
- Maintain consistency and sustainability of the central data model by arbitrating stakeholder needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +5 years (Bac+5) from a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent, with product data knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product data management (PIM or equivalent platforms)
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects
- Deep industry knowledge and product expertise
- Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain operations
- Fluent French and English (B2/C1 level)
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and SQL

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product data management, including work with PIM platforms or equivalent systems. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, transversal projects and stakeholder engagement across multiple organizational units.
Education
