PIM Solution Business Owner at Moët Hennessy, Paris/Reims. Lead product data platform adoption and governance across luxury wine and spirits brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and express upstream and downstream PIM requirements; configure the platform according to maisons' specifications and contribute to tool evolution in coordination with MHIS to facilitate enrichment by end users
- Collect, arbitrate, and validate product data requirements submitted by maisons and markets, ensuring commercial relevance and consistency of the data model
- Lead regular training sessions to ensure PIM adoption among users across maisons and markets; communicate new tool functionalities and required data fields to contributors
- Incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the PIM user experience and address usability challenges
- Participate in the development of an assortment management solution tailored to specific markets, distributors, and channels
- Contribute to the implementation of a product information syndication tool to distribute product data to distributors, retailers, and e-retailers
- Serve as the central point of contact for all projects with PIM impact or requiring PIM expertise
- Define and enforce data quality standards and contribution guidelines; ensure consistency and quality of data contained within the PIM
- Guarantee continuity in the enrichment of mandatory data fields when new products are added to the catalog
- Express data quality monitoring requirements to Data teams and ensure the coherence and sustainability of the central data model by arbitrating stakeholder needs
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac + 5) in Business, Engineering, or equivalent with foundational knowledge in product data management
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product data management, PIM implementation, or related master data disciplines
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and SQL
- Fluent in French and English (B2/C1 level minimum)
- In-depth knowledge of industry operations and supply chain processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects in complex, evolving environments

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product data management, PIM systems, or equivalent master data governance roles. Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects, building user communities, and overseeing data quality initiatives within complex organizational environments.
Education
