Moët Hennessy seeks a Master Data Transformation Manager in Reims, France. Ensure supply chain data integrity across wine and spirits brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Master Data expert in support of the Master Data Manager on projects requiring specialist expertise at both central and regional levels
- Anticipate and support transformations of processes and tools by aligning them with the strategic requirements and vision of the MH Supply Chain
- Ensure harmonisation of master data management processes in coordination with Master Data, Finance, Supply Planning, Customer Service and Logistics teams to guarantee efficiency of MH network Supply Chain flows
- Develop and track performance indicators for each activity domain (Article, Customer, Price) via reporting tools and propose corrective actions
- Ensure availability of necessary information prior to article creation and coordinate actions with internal and external stakeholders
- Create, extend, modify and maintain all article data in SAP, accounting for the specificities of each brand
- Identify and apply best practices in Master Data management and ensure data consistency across the portfolio
- Create and centralise export customer files for all Houses (with the exception of Hennessy) in strict compliance with internal control processes
- Control and maintain database coherence in collaboration with MHCS and Hennessy customer services by harmonising data across commercial entities
- Guarantee accuracy and reliability of data contained in SAP customer files
- Implement commercial pricing policy in SAP as defined by the Commercial, Marketing and Finance Departments of different Houses
- Support the customer service team with tariff updates for MHCS order execution
- Maintain data integrity in the system in accordance with rules established with internal control
Qualifications
- Global understanding of Supply Chain professions and challenges
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation of large data volumes
- Understanding of data governance principles, data lifecycle management, data cleansing and reliability
- Mastery of data analysis tools
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Cross-functional project management experience
- Fluent in both English and French
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in supply chain, master data management or related functions with a solid understanding of supply chain operations and data governance principles.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management, business administration, data management, or related field; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating mastery of the requisite competencies.
