Moët Hennessy seeks a Legal Trainee in Commercial Law & Distribution for a Master's-level internship in Reims, France starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements across distribution, agency, and service provision frameworks
- Conduct legal analysis and research on e-commerce, consumer law, and competition law issues
- Support litigation matters through jurisprudence research, document collection, and memo review
- Prepare legal memoranda and briefings in coordination with external law firms and international advisors
- Monitor legal developments and emerging regulatory matters relevant to distribution and competition law
Qualifications
- Master's-level student (M2) in business law, commercial law, economic law, or equivalent legal specialization
- Specialization or strong coursework in contract law, distribution law, or competition law preferred
- Fluent English proficiency
- Prior internship experience in a law firm or in-house legal function preferred

Entry-level or no prior legal practice experience; prior internship or alternance experience in a legal environment is valued
Education
Master's degree (M2) in progress or recently completed, in business law, commercial law, economic law, DJCE, or equivalent LLM program
