Moët Hennessy Legal Intern in Business & Contract Law, Reims. Internship in distribution, e-commerce, and competition law for Master 2 students.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including annual negotiations across varied contract types
- Conduct legal research and analysis on e-commerce regulations, consumer law, and competition law issues
- Support pre-litigation and litigation matters, including risk analysis, transactional agreements, case law research, document collection, and review of legal briefs
- Prepare summary notes and conduct research in collaboration with external law firms and international counsel
- Maintain legal monitoring and awareness of regulatory developments
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Master 2 programme in business law, economic law, European law, DJCE, LLM, or law school bar preparation (PPI stage)
- Previous internship experience in law firms, in-house counsel roles, or legal practice required
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and online legal research platforms
- Strong interpersonal intelligence and intellectual curiosity
- Demonstrated versatility and proactive work approach
Skills
Experience
Previous internship experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or alternative legal practice setting is required. A minimum of one prior legal internship or apprenticeship placement is preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master 2 degree in business law, economic law, European law, DJCE, LLM, or equivalent law school programme qualifying for bar preparation (PPI stage).
