Veuve Clicquot seeks HR Recruitment & Development Intern in Reims, France. 6-month internship in talent acquisition and HR operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate staffing requirements with line managers and author compelling job postings for intern and work-study positions
  • Source candidates across relevant channels, screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process through onboarding
  • Provide debriefs to candidates and coordinate integration efforts, including collaboration with designated mentors
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics and performance indicators
  • Conduct individual follow-up with interns and work-study students to ensure their wellbeing and professional progression
  • Organize community-building activities including onboarding events, networking sessions, and internal functions
  • Maintain active relationships with target educational institutions to promote the house
  • Expand partnerships with secondary and tertiary schools
  • Oversee the 2024 discovery-stage campaign for third- and second-year students
  • Develop and promote job openings across social media platforms using varied content formats
  • Create and maintain communication and training materials
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc recruitment and HR initiatives

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree (M1/M2) in HR specialization from a university or business school
  • Completed at least one prior internship or work-study placement in an HR function within a corporation
  • Prior recruitment experience is preferred
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
