Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate and reconcile social (HR) data across HRIS, payroll and talent-management systems to ensure data integrity and coherence.
  • Monitor and analyse workforce indicators (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, time management, mobility) and produce alerts on trends or deviations.
  • Audit organisational tables, job records and payroll mappings; update Core HR and payroll systems in line with structural or classification changes.
  • Prepare and contribute to monthly HR reporting and ad‑hoc statistical studies (equality, absenteeism, NAO, bilan social), ensuring GDPR compliance for all data requests.
  • Support preparation and control of payroll mass-salary budgets through individual data entry, validation and budgetary analysis tables.
  • Manage user access for payroll and time-management systems according to procedures and safeguard the consistency of indicator calculation methods over time.

Qualifications

  • Master's level education (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Social Management / Compensation & Benefits, or equivalent generalist degree with strong numerical/HRIS aptitude.
  • Fluent in French and professional working knowledge of English.
  • First internship or work‑study experience in HR or Finance (entry level).
  • Strong respect for confidentiality, rigor, reliability and organisational discipline.
  • Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, responsiveness and ability to work collaboratively and propose improvements.
