Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate and analyse HR data across the group’s HR systems (Core RH, payroll software, talent management) to ensure data quality and coherence.
  • Maintain and update organisational tables, position records and budget-related posts in Core RH and payroll systems following structural or classification changes.
  • Monitor headcount-related KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, time management, mobility) and produce analytical alerts on emerging trends.
  • Support monthly HR reporting and respond to ad-hoc statistical requests while ensuring compliance with RGPD (data protection) requirements.
  • Contribute to payroll mass budget activities by entering and controlling individual data and helping prepare budgetary analysis tables.
  • Perform audits of information contained in HRIS and payroll systems and manage user access in accordance with procedures.
  • Participate in the preparation of mandatory social documents and specific studies (social report, NAO, gender equality, absenteeism analyses).

Qualifications

  • Master’s-level studies (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources with a specialisation in social control / Compensation & Benefits, or degree in HR/Finance with strong numerical aptitude.
  • Fluent French and good command of English.
  • First professional experience: initial internship or previous alternance in HR or Finance.
  • Strong discretion and respect for confidentiality; rigorous, organised and reliable work habits.
  • Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, responsiveness and a collaborative team spirit.
