Veuve Clicquot — Reims: Health, Safety & Security Coordinator (CDI). Coordinate HSS across multi-site operations, ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and operationalize the Health, Safety & Security (HSS) policy across the defined operational perimeter (sites / activities) and translate corporate objectives into local actions.
  • Define, monitor and report HSS indicators and dashboards; develop, track and drive corrective action plans and associated budgets.
  • Coordinate risk assessments (DUERP), prioritize prevention measures and ensure follow-through of mitigation actions.
  • Lead incident/accident investigations, perform root-cause analysis and deliver lessons‑learned and prevention measures.
  • Organize and execute audits on site, ensure closure of audit actions and monitor compliance of external contractors and co-activity management.
  • Support managers in safety leadership through regular field presence, training, awareness campaigns and facilitation of safety meetings.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the HSS management system: processes, standards, tools and reporting.
  • Act as HSS expert in cross-functional projects, integrating prevention requirements in design and industrialization phases and animating safety on projects or worksites.
  • Maintain regulatory watch, ensure mandatory controls are completed and act as interlocutor with competent authorities when required.
  • Undertake regular travel across sites, including during harvest periods, to provide on-the-ground support and oversight.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety, Risk Management, HSE or related discipline.
  • Professional fluency in French and working proficiency in English.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in HSE within industrial or multi-site environments, with demonstrated deployment of HSE management systems.
  • Proven experience in risk assessment (DUERP), incident investigation, audit management and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Strong advisory posture with proven ability to support and influence managers and operational teams.
  • Organized, autonomous and pragmatic with strong analytical, synthesis and written communication skills.
  • Experience in project management, budget follow-up and continuous improvement methodologies.
