Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the deployment of digital tools for general services, including future CMMS/IWMS tools.
- Assist in the implementation of tools, dashboards, SharePoint, and document management.
- Drive and develop the digitalization of the service.
- Propose communication tools for strategic vision deployment.
- Support the service manager in strategic vision deployment.
- Lead the implementation of document management systems.
- Assist each general services department head in process formalization.
- Facilitate the deployment of digital tools and user training.
- Maintain liaison with MHIS, service providers, and users.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is recommended.
