Veuve Clicquot, Reims: 12–24 month apprenticeship in General Services project coordination and digitalization (Sept 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in deployment of digital tools (GMAO/IWMS) and user training across General Services functions
- Support the development and implementation of digital dashboards, SharePoint systems, and document management infrastructure
- Participate in the strategic digitalization of General Services operations and communication initiatives
- Propose and establish tools for service monitoring, coordination, and internal communication
- Assist the General Services Manager in formalizing operational processes and procedural documentation
- Serve as liaison between MHIS (internal IT), external service providers, and end users
- Support fleet management coordination (telephony, copiers, vehicles, water dispensers) and workspace services
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Licence Professionnelle (professional bachelor) or Master 1 program
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) and Power BI
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality awareness
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Valid French driver's license (Permis B) and access to a vehicle (advisable)

Entry-level/apprentice. No prior professional experience required; strong academic background and technical aptitude essential.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Licence Professionnelle or Master 1 degree program (business administration, facilities management, IT, or related field preferred).
