Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin seeks a Financial Analyst Intern in its Finance Department to support foreign-exchange reporting, monthly closing, forecasting, treasury, budgeting and financial analysis for senior management. The internship is full-time for six months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report foreign-currency transactions to the Group.
- Contribute to monthly closing activities and forecasting cycles.
- Co-manage the Anaplan tool for calculating and simulating foreign-exchange effects.
- Help compile investment budgets (Capex) for MH entities.
- Contribute to treasury activities.
- Prepare monthly analyses of foreign-exchange impacts on operating profit.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses for senior management.
- Actively participate in projects initiated by the department.
- Contribute to innovative processes and the continuous improvement of Financial Analyst functions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master 1 or Master 2 at a business school or university, with a specialization in finance or management.
- Very good command of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Essbase, SAP, and Anaplan is an advantage.
- Previous experience in management control or finance is required.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Fluent French and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
