Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end customer orders for finished goods, POSM and dry materials: record orders, execute deployments, trigger order preparation and delivery orders.
  • Coordinate global transportation (sea, road, air, dedicated couriers), optimise shipments and prepare/provide all export documentation.
  • Monitor product availability against forecasts, quotas and allocations in coordination with Supply & Demand Planners and commercial teams.
  • Handle claims, disputes and returns; coordinate credit control, payment follow‑up and distributor A&P charge management with commercial counterparts.
  • Liaise with logistics providers to communicate customisation and special preparation instructions (e.g. ‘über pieces’).
  • Provide operational support to Sales and Regional teams on order status and distribution flows; escalate issues to the Customer Service Manager.
  • Build, track and analyse service, stock, transport and cost KPIs for the distribution zone and propose continuous improvement actions.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory and Graphic Development teams to ensure local compliance on labelling, packaging and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in supply chain, customer service, order‑to‑cash or a related commercial/operations function, ideally within FMCG or luxury goods (wines & spirits preferred).
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proven use of Power BI for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong communicator with excellent analytical, prioritisation and problem‑solving skills.
  • Team player with rigor, adaptability and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in supply chain, logistics, business administration or similar discipline is preferred.
