Within the Customer Service Division of Maison Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, the Customer Service Manager oversees a dedicated distribution sector team to align operations with MH commercial strategy. The role encompasses management of order-to-delivery workflows, process optimization, and resource allocation to support evolving business priorities and expanded brand portfolios.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily distribution workflow execution from order capture through delivery and invoicing, ensuring adherence to budget and resource allocation targets
- Make prioritized decisions on issues escalated by team members and maintain operational continuity
- Maintain accuracy of master data and pricing policies including discounts and price conditions through defined internal audits
- Ensure team balance and service continuity throughout the operational year
- Integrate new MH volume allocations and brands into team workflows
- Conduct team management activities including regular meetings and one-to-one discussions
- Drive order management efficiency through continuous improvement processes
- Implement appropriate projects and tools in collaboration with IT and Supply Chain teams
- Onboard new clients and integrate processes aligned with evolving route-to-market and international regulatory requirements
- Facilitate information briefings and KPI sharing with internal stakeholders and audit functions
- Maintain transparent communication with B2B, B2C clients, and subsidiary teams regarding outstanding commitments and identified risks
- Contribute to automation of order capture and validation processes
- Collaborate with Supply Planning teams to optimize shipment planning and adjust parameters such as MOQ, safety stock, and target coverage
- Manage urgent orders as requested by subsidiary and hub teams
- Monitor campaign execution for B2C and MH Private activities; serve as primary escalation contact for alerts
- Champion continuous improvement culture and lead initiatives specific to MH Private and CP flows including stock reservations and internal order capture
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) with specialization in Logistics or International Commerce preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain and customer service operations
- Proven management experience leading teams
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Client-oriented and commercially minded mindset
