Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals for internal and external guests as well as staff meals under the direction of the chefs.
- Contribute to the development and testing of new recipes and menu items.
- Maintain and clean kitchen equipment, dishwashing area and workspaces to the highest hygiene standards.
- Organize the workstation and manage tasks to meet time constraints while complying with instructions and safety rules.
- Uphold gastronomic restaurant standards for personal presentation, punctuality and professional rigour.
- Work flexibly as required, including occasional Saturdays and split shifts, and collaborate effectively with kitchen teams.
Qualifications
- Professional hospitality or culinary qualification (Bac Professionnel or equivalent).
- Initial experience in gastronomic restaurant service is required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Interest in gastronomy and an appreciation for wine.
- Strong client-service orientation, good interpersonal skills and professional demeanour.
- Motivation, reliability and the ability to contribute positively to team dynamics.
