Role & Responsibilities
- Support the CRM Manager in planning and coordinating CRM campaign calendars with regional markets.
- Prepare and manage email campaigns: draft creative briefs, coordinate translations and approvals, and liaise with the CRM agency for integration and sends via Salesforce routing.
- Monitor, report and analyse key CRM performance indicators to optimise campaign performance.
- Design and implement ongoing A/B tests to improve metrics across lifecycle communications.
- Coordinate digital projects end-to-end, aligning internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Conduct competitive monitoring and produce a monthly CRM benchmark for presentation to market teams.
- Manage financial follow-up with suppliers, including quotes and invoicing.
- Contribute to CRM template redesigns and the rollout of new lifecycle emails.
Qualifications
- Master’s-level studies (Bac+4/5) in business, marketing or equivalent with a specialisation in digital marketing.
- Prior internship or practical experience in CRM or email marketing is an advantage.
- Strong written communication and copy-editing skills; able to manage translations and cross-market messaging.
- Fluent English; professional-level written and spoken proficiency.
- Autonomous, curious, creative, rigorous and able to work collaboratively across functions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
