Veuve Clicquot seeks an experienced Central Supply Planner in Reims, France to optimize regional supply chain operations and drive service excellence across wines and spirits markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate S&OP and regional supply review meetings to achieve consensus among supply, finance, and brand teams
- Monitor stock deployments across the complete product catalogue, including allocated items, new launches, and promotional products, implementing corrective actions for low-stock or overstock situations
- Manage rupture incidents by reallocating and balancing inventory levels across the region, prioritising commercial commitments while maintaining inter-regional equity
- Analyze sales forecasts and stock projections to ensure optimal on-time in-full (OTIF) shipment performance and identify medium-term supply risks
- Drive demand planning collaboration with regional and market teams to integrate brand guidelines and develop accurate, current sales forecasts
- Oversee product lifecycle management to optimise inventory and improve forecast accuracy, with particular focus on new launches and product discontinuations
- Monitor key performance indicators including SFA, service rates, and SLOBs to track regional supply chain performance
- Maintain data integrity of IT systems and supply parameters (SLA, lead times) to ensure accurate shipment plan calculations
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, develop key user expertise in supply tools (Maestro, Power BI), and lead strategic supply chain initiatives
- Build and maintain strategic relationships across supply partners, regional finance teams, commercial divisions, and central supply chain leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience, preferably in supply and demand planning
- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain functions, operations, and strategic priorities
- Advanced English proficiency (TOEIC 900 or equivalent C1 level)
- Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems (SAP) and supply chain data analytics
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Proven project management experience
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
