Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin seeks a Central Supply Planner in Reims, France. Lead S&OP and demand planning for Moët Hennessy premium brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock deployments across the entire product catalogue, including allocated goods, new product launches, and promotional items, implementing corrective actions for stock gaps or overstock situations
  • Manage supply chain disruptions by reallocating and balancing inventory levels across markets while prioritizing commercial commitments and respecting regional equity
  • Lead and co-facilitate S&OP and regional supply review meetings to achieve consensus between supply, finance, and house operations teams
  • Develop effective communication strategies across the region and markets to align sales volume forecasts and drive regional adherence to budget targets
  • Collaborate with demand planning teams across markets and regions to integrate house guidelines and obtain optimized sales forecasts
  • Monitor product lifecycle management to optimize inventory and enhance sales forecast accuracy, with particular emphasis on product launches and discontinuations
  • Verify accuracy of system data for catalogues sold by the region and propose portfolio rationalization initiatives to simplify supply chain operations
  • Track regional performance against key indicators including SFA, service rate, and SLOB volumes
  • Maintain and update supply chain parameters such as SLA and lead times to ensure accurate shipment planning
  • Develop and expand relationships with key business partners including regional supply and finance teams, house commercial teams, and central supply chain leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in supply and demand planning roles
  • Comprehensive understanding of supply chain functions and strategic priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Office Suite, and database management
  • Demonstrated expertise in Power BI or equivalent business intelligence tools
