Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin seeks a Central Supply Planner (CDD) in Reims — hybrid role managing regional supply & demand planning for Moët Hennessy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximise regional service levels by monitoring deployments, inventory projections and supply capacity to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) shipments.
  • Lead supply planning activities across the product catalogue, including allocations, new launches and promotional items; initiate corrective actions for stock shortages or overstock.
  • Manage stock shortage scenarios by reallocating inventory across markets, prioritising commercial commitments and driving the central arbitration process to ensure fairness between regions.
  • Animate and co-lead S&OE and S&OP processes for the region, facilitating cross-functional consensus between Supply, Finance, Maison commercial teams and central MHCS Supply Chain.
  • Analyse distributor orders and regional deployments to validate and adjust the shipping plan in close collaboration with Customer Service and Supply Planners.
  • Drive SLOB (slow-moving/obsolete) reduction initiatives and propose portfolio rationalisations to simplify regional supply operations.
  • Maintain and improve catalogue and supply parameter data (SLA, lead times) to ensure accurate IT-driven planning and reporting.
  • Monitor regional performance through key KPIs (service rate, SFA, SLOBs) and develop corrective action plans when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in supply chain, preferably in supply & demand planning.
  • Proven experience with S&OP processes and cross-functional stakeholder management at regional level.
  • Fluent English (equivalent TOEIC C1); strong verbal and written communication skills for international collaboration.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (experience with SAP preferred) and reporting tools such as Power BI; advanced Excel/Pack Office skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical capability, project management experience and ability to synthesise complex data into actionable plans.
