Versace seeks a Storekeeper in Sydney to manage boutique stockroom needs and inventory, handle goods receiving and dispatch, and support the sales team. The role also maintains stock and supplies, ensures compliance with safety regulations, and assists with inventory analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Check incoming and outgoing goods, manage inventory and oversee the boutique stockroom’s needs.
- Follow policies and procedures, use appropriate tools and equipment, and uphold operational standards.
- Keep inventories in the stockroom and on the selling floor clean and organized.
- Support the sales team by running sizes, assisting at the cash register, advising on size and stock availability, and completing related support tasks.
- Communicate professionally and work effectively with colleagues, clients and management.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are accurately represented.
- Report stock-level and product-quality issues to management when necessary to prevent shrinkage.
- Complete shipping and receiving efficiently, cost-effectively and on time, verifying package quantity and quality.
- Prepare accompanying documentation for uniforms and other items with management authorization.
- Comply with company fire, health and safety regulations.
- Monitor store supplies, including packaging, beverages and office supplies, and communicate ordering needs to management promptly.
- Prepare for, organize and participate in inventories, and analyze the results.
