Versace Prague seeks a Store Manager to lead boutique sales, clienteling, team development and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales, margin and KPI targets; analyse performance and propose corrective action.
- Partner with the Area Manager to produce regular market, competitor and product reporting and to maximise store productivity.
- Own day-to-day store operations including stock management, goods receiving, transfers, stocktakes and backroom organisation.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development of the retail team; set personalised objectives and deliver regular performance follow-ups.
- Drive a clienteling strategy and manage CRM activities to build long-term relationships and expand the boutique’s customer base.
- Plan and execute in-store events and promotional activities in coordination with merchandising and PR teams to capitalise on high-profile clientele.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation adhere to brand directives and participate in VM set-ups.
- Maintain loss-prevention standards to achieve optimal shrinkage results and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of retail management experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven leadership capability with experience setting targets, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to analyse sales data, manage KPIs and drive business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in client relationship management.
- Proficiency with retail systems and standard office software (POS, Word, Excel, email).

Minimum 3–5 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably within luxury fashion; demonstrable track record in driving sales, developing teams and managing boutique operations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business or related field preferred.
