Versace Store Manager
Versace (Capri Holdings) is hiring a Store Manager for its Madrid Serrano boutique. Lead luxury retail operations and client experience in Madrid.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all store operations to deliver commercial targets, maximise profitability and uphold brand standards across sales, merchandising and customer experience.
- Drive the sales agenda through coaching, performance management and development of the sales team to achieve KPIs and individual targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships via proactive clienteling, VIP service and events to grow retention and lifetime value.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Manage daily financial routines including cash handling, stock reconciliation, loss prevention and timely reporting to the regional office.
- Recruit, onboard and mentor staff; create rotas, manage labour costs and ensure compliance with employment and health & safety regulations.
- Collaborate with regional leadership on local marketing initiatives, product launches and store-level activations.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing a luxury or premium retail store with demonstrable sales performance.
- Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, training and motivating multidisciplinary retail teams.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing P&L drivers, stock controls and KPI-focused reporting.
- Excellent customer service orientation and refined clienteling capabilities.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
Skills
Experience
Several years of progressive retail experience with at least 2–4 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a luxury or premium fashion environment, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and team development.
Education
Secondary education required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion or related discipline preferred.
