Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development: analyse store performance, propose and implement action plans to meet qualitative and quantitative targets, and partner with the Area Manager to maximise sales, margin and KPIs.
- Lead and develop the store team: set individual objectives, deliver ongoing coaching and training, manage HR processes and maintain high standards of professional presentation and conduct.
- Manage client relationships and CRM: steward high-profile clientele, maintain and grow the customer database, oversee clienteling activities and support in‑store and community outreach programmes.
- Oversee store operations and visual standards: ensure accurate stock management, secure inventory controls, compliance with company procedures, budgetary discipline and execution of visual merchandising directives.
- Support events and local marketing: coordinate in‑store promotions, liaise with merchandising and PR teams, and represent the brand in the local community to amplify the Versace experience.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of retail management experience; luxury retail background preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred.
- Proven ability in specialty retail disciplines: business development, visual merchandising and store operations.
- Strong team leadership and people development skills; experience setting objectives and driving performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organisational, problem‑solving and client relationship skills.

3–5 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred.
