Versace is hiring a Store Director in Paris (Montaigne) to lead the boutique, drive sales and develop a high-performance retail team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Paris Montaigne boutique to achieve sales, margin and KPI targets through tactical business planning, reporting and continuous analysis of sell-through and market trends.
  • Partner with the Area Manager on commercial strategy, competitor and product reporting, and the implementation of promotional and merchandising initiatives.
  • Recruit, develop and retain a high-performance retail team by setting individual objectives, delivering training, conducting regular briefings and managing all HR functions.
  • Drive an elevated client experience and grow the customer base through active clienteling, relationship management and execution of in-store and community outreach events.
  • Oversee daily store operations including stock and backroom management, inventory control, loss prevention, visual merchandising standards and budgetary discipline.
  • Manage CRM activities to ensure the team maintains and leverages the customer database to maximise long-term revenue opportunities and event attendance.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of retail management experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business or related field preferred.
  • Proven capability in specialty retail operations including business development, visual merchandising and inventory control.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, performance management and staff development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build enduring client relationships.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of progressive retail management experience; prior experience in luxury fashion retail is strongly preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business or a related discipline preferred.
