Versace is hiring an Operations Associate in Orlando, FL (Vineland Outlet) to manage inventory, shipping/receiving and BOH store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report to the General Manager and support day-to-day back-of-house (BOH) store operations to ensure an elevated client experience.
- Monitor sales-floor stock to ensure merchandise is represented according to current visual merchandising sets and communicate stock or quality issues to management to minimise shrink.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient stockroom; reorganise BOH layouts to maximise productivity and accessibility.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks accurately and cost-effectively, including processing customer shipments and consolidations within deadlines.
- Assist with inventory control: prepare for and execute physical inventories, participate in cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and assist with adjustments.
- Support key holder responsibilities as needed (open/close store, close out POS, submit EOD reports).
- Process damages and repairs to company standards, track progress of COG and stock repairs and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and contribute to bi-monthly corporate finance packs and maintain precise records documenting all stock movement.
- Monitor store supply levels (packaging, beverages, office supplies) and communicate replenishment needs to management.
- Support the sales team with customer-facing tasks such as running sizes, advising on stock availability, and assisting at the cash wrap.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience in a retail back-of-house environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining meticulous standards.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective partnerships with store associates and corporate teams.
- Demonstrated professionalism, a proactive work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.

Experience
At least two years of experience working in retail back-of-house or inventory operations; prior exposure to luxury fashion retail or outlet operations is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in retail operations, logistics or related fields preferred.
