Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of all inventory in stockroom and on the selling floor
- Process inventory transactions accurately and timely to support store sales productivity and customer service
- Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure accurate representation of all sizes and styles
- Communicate product stock level and quality issues to General Manager and Assistant Manager to prevent shrinkage
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom at all times
- Execute all shipping and receiving tasks in an efficient, cost-effective and timely manner
- Stock store shelves and racks as needed
- Prepare and execute physical inventory counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with coworkers, clients and management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail or outlet environment with stock experience preferred
- Full understanding of specialty retail and outlet business operations
- Computer proficiency including retail point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and email
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and daily responsibilities

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or outlet environment, with stock operations experience strongly preferred. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in specialty retail and outlet business dynamics.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or operations certifications are beneficial.
