Versace Stock Supervisor role in Scottsdale, Arizona—manage inventory and stockroom operations at a luxury boutique. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Check all incoming and outgoing inventory and stockroom needs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards
- Set the example of operational excellence by following policies and procedures and maintaining high standards of execution
- Regularly communicate with the Store Manager and Retail Operations regarding store and stockroom conditions
- Manage monthly cycle counts, mid-year and full-year inventories, and store-to-store transfers with precision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom environment
- Process damages to company standard on a monthly basis
- Support the sales team with tasks including running sizes, assisting at the point of sale, and advising on stock availability
- Work alongside the Store Manager to minimize stock and monetary shrinkage
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks in an efficient and timely manner, checking incoming merchandise for quality and quantity
- Prepare, organize, and participate in inventory cycles and result analysis
- Complete all SOF fulfillment in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a stock or inventory position, preferably within luxury retail
- Highly organized, rigorous, reliable, and proactive
- Proven ability to organize team workflows and anticipate operational needs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Competency with IT tools and systems
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of prior experience in a stock or inventory supervision position, ideally in a luxury retail setting. The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of maintaining operational efficiency, managing inventory accuracy, and supporting sales teams in a high-volume retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail or logistics certification is advantageous but not required.

This position is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, within easy reach of Phoenix.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 22 per hour.
