Versace Stock Controller position in Serris, France. Part-time inventory management role reporting to Store Manager at GV-OUTLET Paris La Vallée.
Role & Responsibilities
- Set an example of operational excellence by adhering to established policies and procedures whilst elevating standards through proper use of tools and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized inventory systems across the stockroom and selling floor
- Support the sales team with various tasks including running sizes, assisting at the cash register, and providing guidance on size and stock availability
- Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are accurately represented
- Communicate stock level and product quality issues to management to prevent shrink
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently and cost-effectively, verifying quantity and quality of packages
- Prepare accompanying documentation for uniforms and other items upon management authorisation
- Monitor store supply levels for packaging, beverages, office supplies and similar items, communicating order needs promptly
- Organise and participate in inventory counts and analyse results
- Comply with all company fire, health and safety regulations
- Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with colleagues, clients and management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a stock position, preferably in retail
- Very organized, rigorous and reliable
- Computer skills including retail point of sale systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and email
