Stock Controller position at Versace outlet in Serris, Paris. Part-time retail inventory management role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Check incoming and outgoing goods whilst maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Manage stockroom inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels across all sizes and styles
  • Support the sales team with stock replenishment, running sizes, cash register assistance, and size/availability guidance
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all inventories in the stockroom and on the selling floor
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently, verifying quantity and quality of incoming packages
  • Communicate product stock levels and quality issues to management to prevent shrinkage
  • Prepare accompanying documentation for uniforms and supplies upon management authorization
  • Monitor store supply levels including packaging, beverages, and office supplies, reporting order needs promptly
  • Prepare, organize, and participate in regular inventory counts and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with all company fire, health, and safety regulations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a stock position, preferably in retail
  • Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
  • Reliability and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy
