Stock Controller position at Versace outlet in Serris, Paris. Part-time retail inventory management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Check incoming and outgoing goods whilst maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Manage stockroom inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels across all sizes and styles
- Support the sales team with stock replenishment, running sizes, cash register assistance, and size/availability guidance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all inventories in the stockroom and on the selling floor
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently, verifying quantity and quality of incoming packages
- Communicate product stock levels and quality issues to management to prevent shrinkage
- Prepare accompanying documentation for uniforms and supplies upon management authorization
- Monitor store supply levels including packaging, beverages, and office supplies, reporting order needs promptly
- Prepare, organize, and participate in regular inventory counts and analysis
- Ensure compliance with all company fire, health, and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a stock position, preferably in retail
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
- Reliability and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy
