Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming and outgoing merchandise; verify quantities and quality against documentation.
- Maintain an immaculate, organized stockroom and ensure the selling floor is replenished with accurate sizes and styles.
- Execute shipping and receiving procedures efficiently and prepare required documentation under management authorization.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages, quality issues or discrepancies to management to prevent shrinkage.
- Support the sales team with client-facing tasks: run sizes, assist at the cash register, advise on availability and product fit.
- Plan, prepare and participate in regular inventories and analyse results to identify variances and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain store supply levels (packaging, office supplies, beverages) and liaise with management to reorder as needed.
- Adhere to and champion company policies, health & safety regulations and operational best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in a stockroom or inventory role, preferably within retail or luxury fashion.
- Highly organised, meticulous and reliable with a proven ability to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Proficiency in operating a retail point of sale system and competent with Word, Excel and email communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour when interacting with colleagues, clients and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively and propose process improvements proactively.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a stock or inventory role, ideally within a retail environment and with exposure to boutique operations and inventory control processes.
Education
Secondary education; vocational or certification in retail, logistics or supply-chain fundamentals preferred.
