Versace Stock Controller position in Cannes, France. Manage inventory, oversee receiving/shipping, support retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Check incoming and outgoing goods and verify quantity and quality of packages
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and selling floor inventory
- Support sales team with merchandise running, cash register assistance, size and stock availability advice
- Maintain appropriate stock levels ensuring all sizes and styles are accurately represented
- Communicate product stock levels and quality issues to management to prevent shrinkage
- Perform efficient, cost-effective and timely shipping and receiving tasks
- Prepare accompanying documentation upon management authorization
- Monitor store supply levels including packaging, beverages, and office supplies
- Prepare, organize and participate in inventory counts and analysis of results
- Comply with all fire, health, and safety regulations
- Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with coworkers, clients, and management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a stock position, preferably in retail
- Very organized, rigorous and reliable
- Proficiency with retail point of sale systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
