Stock Controller – Versace, Brussels: Manage boutique inventory, oversee stock operations, and support sales team in luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Check incoming and outgoing goods and verify quantity and quality of packages
- Maintain clean and organized inventories in the stockroom and on the selling floor
- Support the sales team by running sizes, assisting at the cash register, and advising on size and stock availability
- Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are represented accurately
- Communicate product stock levels and quality issues to management to minimize shrinkage
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently, cost-effectively, and in a timely manner
- Prepare accompanying documentation for uniforms and other items as authorized by management
- Monitor store supply levels including packaging, beverages, and office supplies, communicating order needs to management
- Prepare, organize, and participate in physical inventories and analysis of results
- Comply with all company fire, health, and safety regulations
- Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with coworkers, clients, and management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a stock position, preferably in the retail environment
- Strong organizational, rigorous, and reliable work ethic
- Computer skills including retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a stock position, preferably within a retail environment. Previous exposure to luxury retail is advantageous.
Education
No formal education requirements specified; however, competency with standard computer applications and retail systems is essential.
